Peter Dawson
Founder and President of P&K Stone, LLC. Mr. Dawson is responsible for the executive management of the Company. In addition, Mr. Dawson is the Vice President/General Manager of RPM xConstruction, LLC (RPM). RPM is a heavy civil excavation contractor with operations in the DFW Metroplex and the San Antonio area. Mr. Dawson is responsible for the general management of TBK Materials, LLC (TBK). TBK operates three product lines: Decorative Stone, Mulch and Soils and Concrete Recycling. Mr. Dawson’s previous work experience includes Rodman, LLC, Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., and Lafarge North America. Mr. Dawson has served on the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Aggregates Association and Missouri Limestone Producers Association. Mr. Dawson received a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
Phil Holland
Philip Holland is the Vice President and General Manager of P&K Stone, LLC and has been with the company since May 1, 2021. Philip is responsible for directing the daily sales and operations of the company and working with the management team to develop strategic direction. Immediately prior to joining the company, he held the Executive Board position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lehigh Hanson North America from late 2016 to April 2021. Philip started at Lehigh Hanson in 2007 as Vice President and General Manager of their North Texas/Oklahoma/Arkansas area and served in this capacity until late 2016. This business produced in excess of 14 million tons of crushed stone and sand and gravel with revenue of approximately $150 million. Before coming to Lehigh Hanson, Philip worked for Martin Marietta Materials from 1993 to 2007 in both their Midwest and South Carolina Districts in various capacities from sales representative to General Manager. He has been on the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Aggregates Association, Missouri Limestone Producers Association, and the Texas Aggregate and Concrete Association. Philip has a B.S. in Journalism from Kansas State University and a Master’s Degree in Management from Baker University.
Steve Redenbaugh
Steve is the Vice President of Aggregates Operations for P&K Stone. In his 34 years in the industry, Steve has managed operations in crushed stone, sand & gravel, hot mix asphalt, ready mix concrete, and material recycling. Prior to joining P&K, Steve was Vice President of Operations for the Mountain West Division of Vulcan Materials where he was responsible for all aspects of operations for 16 aggregate plants, 14 asphalt plants, and two recycle yards. This role also managed an engineering team that was responsible for plant upgrades, new plant design, and construction for operations in Arizonia and New Mexico. Steve began his career as a production foreman for Meridian Aggregates at their Granite Canyon Quarry in 1991. Meridian was sold to Martin Marietta in 2001 at which time Steve was the Assistant Plant Manager at Granite Canyon. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Plant Manager for the 4 million ton per year operation. In 2016, Steve was named General Manager for Martin Marietta’s Rocky Mountain Division which included aggregate operations in Wyoming, Nebraska, Utah, and Nevada. Steve has a track record of building and maintaining a strong safety and environmental culture in his area of responsibility while delivering excellent operational results.
Brian Gay
Bryan is the Sales Manager for P&K’s aggregate operations. In this role, Bryan manages three outside sales representatives and an inside sales administrator for P&K’s crushed stone business. Before joining the company, Bryan spent 11 years with Arcosa Aggregates in the DFW market initially as a sales representative and was then promoted to Sales Manager in 2022. In the role of Sales Manager for Arcosa, Bryan was responsible for sales activities at five sand & gravel operations and one limestone quarry with a total volume of 5.5 million tons and $98 million in annual revenue. In addition to his sales responsibilities at Arcosa, Bryan was the leader of their area Safety Steering Team, a 12-member team actively guiding the company’s safety culture across the business. He joined Arcosa in 2013 after graduating from Texas Tech with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Texas Tech in 2019.
Eric Bumgarner
Is the General Manager of Crushing and Recycling for P&K Stone, LLC. Eric has 22 years of experience in the construction materials business with roles in production, distribution and sales. Eric began his career with Texas Industries in 2000 where he worked through increasing roles of responsibility in ready-mix concrete production, quality control and sales. In 2006 Eric transitioned to Martin Marietta Materials as the Heavy Highway Civil Paving Sales Representative where he worked with production, quality control, logistics and credit to manage over $20,000,000 in annual sales.
